AUTOMOBILE AND FASHION MUSEUM MALAGA

The Automobile and Fashion Museum Malaga, is probably the most complete museum dedicated to the world of cars that exists today in Spain.

It has 6,000 m2 of exhibition space and more than 80 cars. It is a great restoration work a magnificent exhibition presentation.

Cars, fashion and art come together in a very original exhibition

Automobiles, fashion and art are very different subjects that find their place in this museum. It is also a way of attracting a very diverse public. But it is not a question of three parallel exhibitions since the museum integrates these elements throughout the visit.

Within the same group of visitors, some will focus on fashion and design and others on the automotive industry.

In this interesting collection of cars there are models from all periods, from the most remote past, a model 1898 to cars of 2010, a journey through the history of the automobile.

It features a 1910 Stanley Steamer that was powered by steam and gas and still works, like many of the displayed pieces, a 1916 electric car, Austin, several Rolls Royces, Jaguar, Hispano Suiza luxury car company, founded in Barcelona in 1904, Jaguar, Bugatti, Cadillac, Bentley, Maserati, Ferrari, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Renault, Mercedes, BMW…

A collection that has taken more than 50 years and several generations to be created, includes models of which there are very few units in the world, some prototypes and design models in displays.

The car collection of the Automobile and Fashion Museum Malaga, belongs to Joao Manuel Magalhaes, a Portuguese businessman based in Malaga, who has run the museum since its opening.

The Museum’s originality makes it highly recommendable to visit it.
